Lomond Land is a division of the Glenrothes based Lomond Group an innovative and proactive property development company.

Lomond Land has been created to identify land with development potential and add value to that land. We have invested heavily in the skills required to do this in order to maintain a continual supply of land for our residential development business Lomond Homes. We now have a team of such size and strength that we have the capacity to explore new possibilities for development potential across a much broader range of opportunities.

We have comprehensive in-house expertise which enables us to:

• identify development potential at a very early stage in the development process;
• carry out all the necessary site research and investigations, both desk top and on the ground;
• create development solutions from preliminary masterplan zonings to detailed working drawings and 3D representations;
• achieve planning consents and negotiate section Section 75 legal agreements; and ultimately through the Lomond Group to finance and implement developments.

The corner stone of our ability is to effectively navigate the planning system both professionally and politically, and to back this up with sound technical expertise. This is based on a very carefully recruited team of planners and other land professionals.
