Site Manager

Lomond Group are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in general build. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, have worked for mainstream contractors as well as having a general construction background and some civils/groundwork’s experience which will be advantageous. You will have worked as a Site Manager and have a strong track record with current and previous employment. The position will oversee the build of approximately 40 affordable houses situated in Berwick Upon Tweed.

Duties:
Dealing with daily paperwork on site
Handling on site Health and Safety
Supervision of staff
Supervision of subcontractors
All other tasks required to fulfil this position.

Essential:
SMSTS
CSCS
Experience in Housing Association builds and guidelines.
