Matt has twenty years experience of the private and public sectors of the development industry throughout the UK. He specialises in the early identification of housing land and the innovative promotion of it right through the development plan process to achieving successful planning consents.
Alan Seath (MRTPI), Development Manager Lomond Group
Alan has over thirty four years local authority development control experience and currently lectures in town planning at Dundee University. He has comprehensive legislative knowledge, environmental, and project management skills and is able to negotiate complex planning applications to an accelerated timescale and where necessary vigorously pursue planning appeals.
